This role requires someone who can manage and expand the corporate fleet business for Polestar in Austria, while also responding quickly and effectively to customer needs. What you’ll doYour responsibilities include:<ul><li>Managing a team consisting of a Key Account Manager and a Fleet Specialist</li><li>Developing and negotiating fleet sales tenders</li><li>Taking a proactive role in large national and international key accounts and leasing companies</li><li>Tracking and setting up KPI reporting on corporate fleet sales performance (e.g., residual values, TCO management)</li><li>Growing business with key fleet stakeholders (leasing, rental, and subscription companies) in Austria</li><li>Managing the relationship with the Polestar Global Fleet team</li></ul>You and your skillsTo be successful in this role, you have/are:<ul><li>At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B business, preferably within the automotive industry</li><li>Leadership experience</li><li>Strong project management skills</li><li>Extensive analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)</li><li>Solid negotiation skills</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and German </li><li>Excellent knowledge of all MS Office programs</li></ul><ul></ul>At Polestar, you will be part of a cross-functional and international team, with English as the primary language for written and spoken communication.
