For our growing team in Karlsruhe we are looking for you in full time (40h) and unlimited, as  Project Services Manager (m/f/d). As a Project Services Manager, you will play a key role in one of our most important strategic projects. You will lead the Project Services &amp; Controls team and ensure the successful planning, monitoring, and execution of the project in line with our standards. Your mission <ul><li>You lead the Project Services and Controls organization within the Lionheart Project and drive its strategic development.</li><li>You develop and implement standards and procedures for project services – setting the foundation for future capital projects.</li><li>You coordinate governance, risk, change, and decision-making processes across the entire project lifecycle.</li><li>You are responsible for reporting and monitoring key performance indicators through the Project Controls organization.</li><li>You support and develop project teams through coaching and professional guidance.</li><li>You identify optimization potentials and develop measures to improve efficiency and achieve project goals.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>You have more than 15 years of relevant professional experience in the project environment of the chemical, oil &amp; gas, or related industries.</li><li>You have solid knowledge of SAP (PS, CO, FI, MM) and experience with project management tools and reporting systems.</li><li>You have proven experience in leading and developing project teams within matrix organizations.</li><li>You are fluent in both German and English – written and spoken.</li><li>You possess strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking, with the ability to maintain an overview in complex situations.</li><li>You bring leadership experience in the German working context and stand out through your team spirit and coaching mentality.</li></ul> We offer <ul><li>Flexible working hours as well as possibility for mobile working.</li><li>30 days’ vacation (based on a 5-day week).</li><li>Onboarding program "Vulcan Starter Days".
