And it’s the reality NavVis empowers people to build better.  <h3>THE OPPORTUNITY</h3>Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for 3D laser scanning, mobile mapping, and surveying technology?  We’re looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to own high-impact reality capture projects for our largest industrial clients.  In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of 3D reality capture projects — from initial scoping and stakeholder alignment to execution and delivery of high-fidelity digital twins. You’ll coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, and our network of global service providers to ensure projects are executed efficiently on budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.  This is a unique opportunity to join an international, high-growth tech company and directly influence how major enterprises digitize their Industrial assets.   <h3>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</h3><ul><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:12pt;">Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale 3D laser scanning and surveying projects for enterprise clients.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing all communication, timelines, and expectations.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Define project scope, deliverables, budgets, and success metrics with precision.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Coordinate internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Data Ops, Product) and external service providers. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Monitor, steer, and report project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Troubleshoot challenges and develop scalable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Contribute directly to company revenue and customer satisfaction by delivering high-value outcomes. </li></ul> <h3>WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE</h3><ul><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:12pt;">Educational background in Civil Engineering, Technical Geography (GIS/Geomatics), Geodesy, or Surveying.</li><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:12pt;">3+ years of project management experience, ideally in AEC, laser scanning, surveying, or similar technical domains.</li><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:12pt;">Familiarity with 3D laser scanning, surveying, BIM, or digital twin technologies.</li><li style="line-height:1.5;font-size:12pt;">Work experience in executing and managing reality capture or surveying services in high complex industrial environments (Automotive, Oil &amp; Gas, etc.) is a big plus.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Business-level German language skills will allow you to communicate effectively with our customers.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Comfortable working with enterprise-level clients and international subcontractors. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Very structured work style with an intrinsic motivation for optimizations and efficiency.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Willing to travel up to 30% and comfortable in industrial environments that may require extra safety training, working from heights and narrow areas. </li></ul> <h3>HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH</h3>Your recruiting partner for this role is Madhulika (she/her).
