Our team has deep expertise in remote sensing, AI &amp; ML, ecology, and sustainable business. About the role Chloris is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to drive successful deployments of GeoAI-powered tools that map FLAG-related emissions and risks across supply chains and automate compliance with land-based carbon emission accounting and deforestation-free sourcing mandates. Reporting directly to the Solution Leader, the Implementation Manager will complement and augment Chloris’ existing expertise in developing tailored solutions to customers in the FLAG sector as a key contributor to its Solutions Business line. Responsibilities<ul><li>Configure AI agents that leverage Chloris data to monitor land use change and land use emissions into commodity supply chains (e.g. soy, palm, beef, timber).</li><li>Coordinate data integration from the Chloris platform, supply chain systems (ERP, supplier registries) and other geospatial platforms (e.g. GFW, MapBiomas).</li><li>Support clients in implementing land-based carbon accounting and sourcing protocols that minimize land-use impact and align with NDPE policies.</li><li>Quantify and report impact on FLAG targets (e.g., hectares preserved, emissions avoided).</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>4+ years in sustainable sourcing, supply chain implementation, or geospatial analytics.</li><li>Experience with GeoAI platforms (e.g., Google Earth Engine, QGIS, Radiant Earth), ESG traceability tools, and emissions accounting.</li><li>Familiarity with geospatial data sources (e.g. Sentinel, Landsat, Planet), FLAG methodologies, and AI orchestration platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of sustainable sourcing, deforestation-free supply chains, and LULUCF accounting.</li></ul>Location + Time Commitment This is a full-time position in our new European hub in Florence, Italy.  We are committed to providing a hybrid work environment that allows for in-person and on-site collaboration in our Florence office space.  We will assist in the relocation of qualified candidates who are authorized to work in the European Union.We are also proud to be an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity.
