<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Manage the end-to-end permitting process for new residential builds, major renovations, and estate-scale developments.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams to prepare and submit complete permit applications.</li><li>Liaise with municipal planning, building, zoning, and environmental departments to expedite reviews and resolve issues.</li><li>Track and manage all permits, variances, inspections, and approvals through each stage of the project lifecycle.</li><li>Attend public hearings, community board meetings, or city planning sessions as necessary to represent the project.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of evolving local, state, and federal codes applicable to luxury residential development.</li><li>Coordinate permit close-out packages, including Certificates of Occupancy and all required sign-offs.</li><li>Maintain an organized system for monitoring timelines, fees, resubmittals, and agency communication.</li><li>Proactively identify and address potential permitting delays or code-related obstacles.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in permitting or entitlement management, preferably with high-end residential or custom home projects.</li><li>Deep familiarity with zoning ordinances, land use codes, and building regulations in high-end jurisdictions.</li><li>Proven ability to build relationships with municipal agencies, inspectors, and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent applications.</li><li>Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.</li><li>Proficiency in permit tracking systems, project management software, and document control platforms.</li></ul>
