They are looking for an outstanding individual to join the team located in Devault, PA as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. </div><div>The Facilities Maintenance Technician (FMT) is responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds at the manufacturing sites and performs daily checklists on critical plant equipment, such as boilers, air compressors, and other utilities. The FMT should be professional, customer-focused, and able to work in a diverse and dynamic environment, be well organized, and have project management skills.  </div><div> </div><div>TASKS, DUTIES, &amp; GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES </div><div><ul><li>Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>General building and grounds maintenance: </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Entrance doors, garage door, and high-speed rollup door repair </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Drywall, wall patching, and painting </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Roof patching, tarp hangings, and removal, as needed </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Basic remodeling skills, window replacement, flashing, molding, etc. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Concrete, epoxy, laminate, and urethane floor repairs and replacements </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Hanging signage throughout the plant and around the property </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Basic plumbing repairs, bathroom fixtures repair and replacement, toilet replacement and repairs, etc. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Basic electrical, replacing lamps and ballasts, receptacles, light switches, etc.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Operate Wastewater Pre-Treatment plant, as assigned </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain trash and cardboard compactors </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assist with HVAC repairs, motor replacements, bearings, filter replacements, and unit cleanings </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Travel off-site to pick up building repair materials as needed </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Daily boiler and air compressor checks and blow-downs </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assist with snow removal, salting, and winter-preparedness </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assist managing all HVAC systems and associated equipment, and monitor the building automation system </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Review and understand equipment and methods of operations, safety, security, etc. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Perform facility inspections, prepare and submit reports on conditions in the building, and recommend actions </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain compliance with City, County, and State ordinance and codes </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support after-hours building needs and activities as required </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work with Quality Assurance to support audit readiness </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Adhere to all facility policies concerning safety, security, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Performs other duties, as assigned, and follows through on requests in a timely manner </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Supervisory Duties </div><div>●       None </div></div>**Hourly rate commensurate with experience** The starting hourly base pay for this role is starting at USD $23.00/hr. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
