The role is operational where you will handle escalated cases but also represent the operational voice within HQ, ensuring that market needs are heard, understood, and acted upon. You’ll support local operations, drive performance improvements, and ensure that the customer experience remains at the heart of everything we do.This role involves regular collaboration with technical teams, partners, and stakeholders across the organization. You’ll also lead and participate in projects and forums to ensure the operational perspective is integrated into strategic initiatives.This position is based at Polestar HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.  The responsibilitiesAs a CX Engagement Specialist, your main role is to support and connect local Customer Engagement teams with HQ, ensuring seamless communication, operational alignment, and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Solve complex escalated cases from markets or HQ management.</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting processes with relevant materials.</li><li>Coordinate, drive, and document global initiatives and meetings.</li><li>Liaise with global and local technical teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.</li><li>Keep market operations informed with up-to-date knowledge and information.</li><li>Ownership of key CX processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations for local and global management teams. </li></ul><ul></ul> The ideal candidateYou have an operational and technical background, customer service mindset and strategic understanding. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and have the ability to influence and lead across teams.Your qualifications include:<ul><li>Experience in technical customer service and/or contact center operations.</li><li>Automotive or EV industry experience.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in technical platforms and systems.</li><li>Analytical and reporting capabilities.</li><li>Project and change management experience.</li><li>Leadership and influencing skills.</li></ul>Polestar is an international company, with various backgrounds represented.
