Product Manager II

<div><span>The Position</span></div><div><span>We are seeking a Product Manager II to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.</span></div><p><b><br><br></b></p><div><span>What you will contribute:</span></div><p><b>&nbsp;</b></p><div><span>As our Product Manager II, you will be a Product Management team member and immediately impact Uplight’s development efforts, market position, and revenue.</span></div><ul><li><div><span>Lead 1-2 development pods (teams) executing in an Agile Scrum environment, writing all User Stories, running refinement sessions, and supporting planning to enable execution against a defined product strategy.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the pod will work on for the next quarter.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Be the voice of the customer for the pod.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Work cross-functionally within the organization to gain stakeholder alignment, support product launches, and provide technical support for uncovered issues.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Involvement in all stages of product development from exploration to delivery – collaborating with highly skilled data scientists, engineers, designers, and other key stakeholders along the way.</span></div></li></ul><p><b>&nbsp;</b></p><div><span>What you get to do:</span></div><ul><li><div><span>Contribute to the product vision, strategy and roadmap</span></div></li><li><div><span>Work closely with a cross-functional team (including Product Design, Consumer Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, Reporting and Implementation) to ensure product goals, deadlines and deliverables are met.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Work collaboratively and be constructive when communicating and interacting with co-workers.
