Why Hubject We develop ideas and deliver solutions for the eMobility market We are working on the most important growth topics We are an international team of very motivated eMobility enthusiasts AND We have over 30 benefits different categories: <ul><li>Food &amp; drinks (lunch benefit)</li><li>Mobility (BVG subsidy)</li><li>Health &amp; sports (Urban sports membership M)</li><li>Equipment (Laptop etc)</li><li>Learning and development (yearly training budget and Udemy learning platform access)</li><li>Hubject Lifestyle (Voiio membership)</li><li>Family-friendly environment (flex working time)</li></ul> Your Tasks <ul><li>Onboard new partners onto our platforms</li><li>Answer any partner questions about our platform and products (e.g. intercharge, Plug&amp;Charge, Hubject Financial Services, etc.)</li><li>Fulfill partner Service Requests</li><li>Support in verbal and written partner communication</li><li>Collaborate with the team on more complex issues</li><li>Support in ad hoc operations activities</li><li>Become part of the 24/7 operations on-call rotation</li></ul> Your Profile <ul><li>Customer centric, you are comfortable with being in a partner-facing role</li><li>You can handle technical conversations, both with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>You proactively speak your mind when you see something problematic</li><li>You can support facilitating workshops, meetings and other gatherings, both internally and externall</li><li>You are comfortable in a highly multi-cultural environment</li><li>You ideally already have a first experience in the e-mobility industry or are keen to learn about it.</li></ul> Language <ul><li>You must speak fluently English; German and other languages are a plus</li></ul> Start date August 2025 Location Onsite in Berlin is preferred Hybrid system: <ul><li>2 days per week at the office, 3 days remote</li><li>EUREF Campus in Schöneberg in Berlin - Europe's hotspot for green technology and eMobility</li></ul>
