We're seeking a skilled Senior IT Operations Engineer (f/m/x) to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our IT systems for managing EV charging stations. Your Responsibilities ​ <ul><li>Ensure the operation and maintenance of the IONITY IT charging station management front-end and back-end systems.</li><li>Maintain system availability in accordance with agreed SLAs.</li><li>Analyze, process, and manage 2nd level incidents.</li><li>Moderate and communicate with stakeholders during critical incidents.</li><li>Manage 2nd level problems with a focus on permanent resolution.</li><li>Oversee third-party providers.</li><li>Implement and manage IT changes.</li><li>Collaborate with IT architects, software developers, and system engineers to continuously improve the application and system landscape.</li><li>Monitor and enhance the system landscape and monitoring technologies.</li><li>Support the onboarding of B2B customers to IONITY's IT backend systems.</li><li>Conduct deep analysis of system issues and performance.</li><li>Participate in the rolling "Manager on Duty / On Call" concept.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Experience in the e-mobility environment is advantageous.</li><li>Proficient in written and spoken English.</li><li>Experience with IT service management systems (e.g., Jira).</li><li>Familiarity with cloud systems (e.g., AWS).</li><li>In-depth knowledge of incident and problem management according to the ITIL framework.</li><li>Strong database experience, including writing and executing complex queries.</li><li>Experience in automating recurring tasks.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented approach.</li><li>Demonstrates responsibility and ownership.</li><li>Enjoys teamwork and values the success of the team.</li><li>Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in all tasks.</li><li>Thrives in a collaborative team environment and takes pleasure in contributing to the team’s success.</li><li>Values the sharing of knowledge and insights as a key opportunity for collective growth and achievement.</li></ul>
