For more information, visit www.cadmusgroup.com.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Design all planning and preparatory aspects of the training &amp; exercise (T&amp;E) process</li> <li>Schedule all T&amp;E meetings and lead team communications</li> <li>Develop T&amp;E documentation / materials</li> <li>Prepare for planning meetings</li> <li>Execute discussion-based and operations-based exercises</li> <li>Coordinate development of post-exercise lessons learned and develop action item reports and improvement plans</li> <li>Active communication with and coordination of project teams, providing constructive feedback and managing expectations</li> <li>Ongoing communication with Cadmus Program Management leadership including following risk/issue escalation procedures</li> <li>Communicate professionally (oral and written) with colleagues and clients, in varying time zones</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Required Qualifications:<ul> <li>More than 5 years of T&amp;E experience in the US Federal and/or State and Local space</li> <li>BS/BA degree</li> <li>Active TS clearance and SCI eligible - US Citizenship is required</li> <li>Strong critical thinking and analytical skills</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li> <li>Prior consulting/professional services experience working independently to make decisions</li> <li>Prior experience leading T&amp;E activities</li> <li>Prior staff management and development experience</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel</li> <li>Demonstrated data analytics and visualizations skills using statistical and analytical software (GIS, Tableau, Excel, etc.)</li> <li>Some domestic travel may be required (typically no more than 10%)  </li></ul>Additional Information: Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000.
