For more information, visit www.cadmusgroup.com.<h2>Responsibilities</h2>In this role, you will support training &amp; exercise (T&amp;E) leadership with:<ul> <li>Design planning and preparatory aspects of the T&amp;E process</li> <li>Scheduling T&amp;E meetings and lead team communications</li> <li>Developing T&amp;E documentation / materials</li> <li>Preparing for planning meetings</li> <li>Executing discussion-based and operations-based exercises</li> <li>Coordinating development of post-exercise lessons learned and develop action item reports and improvement plans</li> <li>Communicating professionally (oral and written) with colleagues and clients, in varying time zones</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Required Qualifications:<ul> <li>More than 2 years of Training &amp; Exercise experience in the US Federal and/or State and Local space</li> <li>BS/BA degree</li> <li>Active TS clearance and SCI eligible - US Citizenship is required</li> <li>Strong critical thinking and analytical skills</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li> <li>Prior consulting/professional services experience working</li> <li>Prior experience supporting T&amp;E activities and leading specific tasks</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel</li> <li>Demonstrated data analytics and visualizations skills using statistical and analytical software (GIS, Tableau, Excel, etc.)</li> <li>Some domestic travel may be required (typically no more than 10%)  </li></ul>Additional Information:  Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
