Our Talent Development Team manages learning initiatives around a continuous cycle of needs analysis, design delivery, monitoring for effectiveness and evaluation., and internal mobility across their areas of responsibility. About this role:As Talent Development Partner you will work with the Global Director of Talent and other Talent Development team members, while developing organizational development strategies fit for purpose across geographies and across global function(s). You’ll ensure you utilize clear, user-friendly and fit for purposes processes, tools and guidance, which are consistently applied across the global team and by all people managers, suggesting improvements and innovations as the function develops.<ul></ul><ul></ul>What you will do:<ul><li>Create a needs assessment and strategy.</li><li>Partner with leaders to align learning and development with organizational goals.</li><li>Identify and manage providers for solutions to organisational talent development needs.</li><li>Design, development and deliver engaging and effective learning programs and materials.</li><li>Facilitate training sessions, workshops and other training events.</li><li>Monitor the impact and interpret results from learning initiatives.</li><li>Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in L&amp;D.</li><li>Communicate effectively with employees about learning opportunities.</li><li>Identify area for improvement and make recommendations for continuous improvement.</li><li>Be a brand champion.</li></ul>Actively contribute to an effective and engaged team, clear on its purpose and contribution, by:<ul><li>Ensuring you know what is expected of you, through regular 1:1’s, having clear objectives in place, and participating in open and honest performance and development conversations.</li><li>Ensuring a respectful and inclusive workplace, where team members communicate openly, share knowledge so it can be used, and respect difference.</li></ul>Internal stakeholders include: CPO, Global Director of Talent, and wider People Experience Team, People Managers throughout organization.
