Ensure obligations are met using the CMMS.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><h2>Required Work Experience</h2><p><strong> </strong></p><ul> <li>Electrical or Mechanical troubleshooting experience with Power delivery and Wind applications</li> <li>Proficient with computers and Microsoft </li></ul><p> Education</p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul> <li>Diploma degree in a technical, business-related field or commensurate </li> <li>Electrical/Mechanical apprentice or Red Seal</li></ul><h2>Additional Requirements</h2><p><strong> </strong></p><ul> <li>Must reside within (&lt; 60 miles) of the facility’s O&amp;M</li> <li>Ability to climb turbine tower (&gt; 250 feet)</li> <li>Candidates must be willing and able to work under high workloads in stressful conditions and physically demanding settings while maintaining a professional, non-confrontational demeanor and upholding the highest ethical standards. Examples include, but are not limited to, travel, participation in climbing, exposure to harsh temperatures, extreme driving conditions, various 24/7 working hours, and supporting other business units and locations as needed.</li> <li>Must have a general understanding of NERC and CIP </li></ul><p> </p><p>The expected starting pay range for this role is 38.00 -47.00 per hour (USD). This range is an estimate; actual base pay may be above or below this range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program features a bonus structure for full-time employees at all levels.
