At its dedicated Innovation Lab, EVgo performs extensive interoperability testing and has ongoing technical collaborations with leading automakers and industry partners to advance the EV charging industry and deliver a seamless charging experience. </span>Software is an integral part in realizing this vision and we are hiring a software manager to play a leadership role shaping our future. </div><div> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities: </strong><strong></strong></div><div><ul><li>Manage project budget, project schedule, and EVSE performance targets. </li><li>Provide cross-functional leadership for EVSE projects collaborating with Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Product, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. </li><li>Establish project schedule working with suppliers, EVgo engineers, and other stakeholders. </li><li>Present periodic project status updates to the leadership team. </li><li>Lead technical team product development meetings. </li><li>Track feature requirements and requests in JIRA, Confluence, and other tracking software. </li><li>Participate in design and project reviews and with Asia-based suppliers, virtually and in person. </li></ul></div><div><strong>Qualifications: </strong></div><div><ul><li>+5 years of experience with program management and supplier lead designs. </li><li>BS or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. </li></ul></div><div><strong>Desired Skills: </strong></div><div><ul><li>Experience with DC Fast Charging. </li><li>Mandarin Language proficiency a plus. </li><li>Korean Language proficiency a plus. </li><li>Experience with Software Development tracking and reporting with JIRA. </li><li>Product Launch experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial or consumer electronics fields. </li></ul></div><div>For job positions in CA, CO, and NYC, the estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $105,000 USD to $150,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
