This person must be fluent in both English and French<h1> Principal Responsibilities</h1><ul><li>Reception, including answering phones, greeting customers and suppliers, and maintaining visitor log.</li><li>Sending and distributing mail and couriers, managing stamp machine.</li><li>Creating and receiving PO’s, following up with accounts payable as needed.</li><li>General office duties, including ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, booking of boardrooms for guests, hotel reservations, and overall management of the administrative area, and office in general.
