Partnering with the Management Team, L&amp;D, and other stakeholders they will assess the learning needs at the plant and ensure consistency in the implementation of the training program for the site operations. Principal Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform a proactive analysis of the training needs for each team and role. This includes, but is not limited to, new team members onboarding, technical/skills development, on the job training (OJT), classroom instruction, new equipment operational instructions, and performance development/improvement</li><li>In collaboration with the Management Team, craft a comprehensive training program based on the detailed analysis for each role</li><li>Collaborate with management, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to develop short and long-term learning solutions or programs</li><li>Support the launch of new learning programs, from beginning to end, including needs analysis, instructional design, content integration, learning delivery, session facilitation, measuring effectiveness, and project management</li><li>Oversee the development &amp; maintain various quality training content and materials, such has manuals, presentations, training plans, timelines, work instructions, etc.</li><li>Support and align with all EHS policies and procedures and engrain as an integral part of the training program</li><li>Deliver “Train the Trainer” courses as directed for specific roles</li><li>Track and audit the training performed, successes and opportunities for improvements of each team member trained and the overall success of training offerings</li><li>Monitor and measure learning outcomes, adjusting solutions or programs based on changing business needs to drive continuous improvement</li><li>Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of a learning culture within the organization</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>University degree/certificate in Education, Adult Learning, or equivalent learning &amp; development experience</li><li>ATD/CTSD certification an asset</li><li>3+ years of training and instructional experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment</li><li>Experience onboarding new employees</li><li>Project Management experience preferred</li><li>Strong relationship building with excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Organizational skills and ability to multi-task</li><li>Strong facilitation skills</li></ul>IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
