This role supports high-quality production while adhering to safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform welding tasks using FCAW, GMAW, GMAW-P, TIG, and Carbon Arc methods based on blueprints and technical drawings</li><li>Interpret engineered drawings and use weld symbols and dimensions to perform accurate fabrication</li><li>Follow red-line processes and suggest improvements or modifications as needed</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair common welding issues, such as consumable failures (e.g., spring liners, tip nozzle insulators)</li><li>Operate hand and power tools, including chipping hammers, grinders, and other basic equipment</li><li>Accurately log work hours into the ERP system (currently SAP)</li><li>Support and engage in continuous improvement activities, including daily housekeeping and 5S audits</li><li>Collaborate effectively with supervisors, managers, and peers to meet production goals and deliver high-quality products</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all company safety policies and quality standards</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance available on your first day of employment</li><li>Generous retirement savings plan with company match</li><li>Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Opportunities for training, certification, and career advancement</li><li>Wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and employee discounts</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3>The estimated salary range for this position is $20 to $22.
