While we may not reach out right away, your application helps us stay in touch for when the time is right.</span></div><div><br></div><div><b style="font-size:16px;">Please see below for descriptions of our various technician roles:</b></div><br><br><h3>Production Technician</h3><ul><li>Production Technicians will build and test complex assemblies used in superconducting magnets, working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. </li><li>This role requires at least 3 years of mechanical or electrical assembly experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to follow detailed procedures and drawings.</li></ul><h3>R&amp;D Technician</h3><ul><li>R&amp;D Technicians support the development and commercialization of new products by assisting with prototype builds, process monitoring, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance across various technical areas. </li><li>This role requires at least 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical assembly, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.</li></ul><h3>Fiber Optic Specialist</h3><ul><li>Fiber Optic Specialists support R&amp;D and Production teams by performing fiber splicing, testing, and integration of optical fibers into complex systems. </li></ul><h3>Commissioning Technician</h3><ul><li>Commissioning Technicians support the testing and inspection of new systems under the guidance of experienced field leads, contributing to the development of commercial fusion energy. </li><li>This role requires hands-on experience, adaptability, and a willingness to work in industrial environments.</li></ul><h3>RF Technician</h3><ul><li>RF Technicians support the fabrication, testing, and installation of high-power RF components for CFS’s fusion energy systems. </li><li>The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical assembly, RF testing, and troubleshooting.</li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:16px;">If you're ready to be part of the power movement, and any of these roles sounds like a match, we’d love to hear from you. </span><span style="font-size:11pt;"> </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">At CFS, we excel in fast-paced environments, driven by our values of integrity, execution, impact, and self-critique.
