Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.</div> What You Will Be Doing:You will build and modify hardware prototypes in a machine shop environment. Using your hands-on skills, you’ll support engineering and R&amp;D projects, assist others in the use of shop tools, and help maintain a safe, organized, and productive workspace. You will report to the Fusion R&amp;D Engineer and this is an onsite role located at our Everett, WA office.You Will:<ul><li>Perform basic machining tasks to fabricate or modify parts</li><li>Accept new projects and complete them promptly and accurately</li><li>Follow company safety procedures while performing all work</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used</li><li>Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Experience with electrical systems, mechanical hardware, and assembly</li><li>Experience operating a horizontal band saw, TRAK-style conversational mill, and manual lathe</li><li>Proficiency with accurate drilling and tapping techniques</li><li>Experience working with materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, fiberglass, and plastic</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals</li><li>At least 1 year of experience following detailed procedures with high accuracy</li><li>Comfortable working independently while collaborating as part of a team</li></ul>#LI-Onsite<div><div><div>Total Compensation and BenefitsHelion's compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
