Support on data analysis and maintenance in various system (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM). Support on creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base articles for internal use.  Education &amp; Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT related areas. Desirable 1 year of experience. Desirable knowledge/experience working in an ITIL environment / IT services. Desirable knowledge/experience working with service desk tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and applications like SharePoint, Teams and Excel.  English is a must – being able to have a fair level of technical conversation.
