And that’s where you come in.Job Description:<ul><li>Provide day-to-day helpdesk service for HRSTS users located in Americas region with focus on Panama.</li><li>Carry out installations, configurations and maintenance on servers, network equipment, desktops, laptops, mobile devices (iPhone), video conf equipment and printers.</li><li>Troubleshoot connectivity and application issues and research and escalate as appropriate.</li><li>Undertake any other relevant duties as directed by the Regional Manager IT  – Americas.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and ensure that a professional manner is maintained with customers at all times.</li><li>Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal and external contacts as appropriate.</li><li>Work is conducted efficiently and effectively, complies with internal global policies and standardization requirements.</li><li></li><li>Previous experience in Corporate Office setting.</li><li>Proven working experience in providing help desk support.</li><li>Strong knowledge of current technologies.</li><li>Desktop, laptop, server and mobile device support.</li><li>Microsoft Operating Systems and server side applications.</li><li>Strong client-facing and communication skills.</li><li>Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.</li><li>Working knowledge of help desk (ITSM) and remote control software.</li><li>Organized, detail oriented, superb customer service skills.</li><li>Able and open to learn new technologies and have increasing responsibilities. </li><li>Fluent English and Spanish</li><li></li><li>Previous experience in business / corporate office setting.</li><li>Previous experience in Service Desk driven by SLA/KPI’s.</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practices.</li><li>Strong knowledge of current technologies.</li><li>Advanced desktop, laptop, server and mobile device support.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications support (Active Directory, O365, MS Teams, Office M365 Suite).</li><li>Familiarity of basic networking fundamentals LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi topology.</li><li></li></ul>Thank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
