The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and aligning program goals with the company's strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage the engineering program management team for tracker and foundation new products, providing guidance and mentorship.</li><li>Develop and implement program management processes and best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.</li><li>Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks.</li><li>Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.</li><li>Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Manage resource allocation and capacity planning.</li><li>Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the engineering team.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.</li><li>PMP certification; PgMP preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in program management within an engineering environment.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills with experience managing a large number of direct reports.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.</li><li>Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies.</li></ul><h2>Nextracker offers a comprehensive benefits package.
