AECOM is seeking a Traffic Engineering Manager to be based in Orange, Los Angeles, CA and will be a hybrid role.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Traffic Engineering Manager in traffic engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, managing, and implementing traffic engineering solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage traffic engineering projects from conception to completion.</li><li>Develop and review traffic impact studies, traffic signal designs, and roadway safety audits.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including planners, designers, and construction managers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.</li><li>Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct field investigations and data collection to support project development.</li><li>Utilize traffic simulation software and other engineering tools to analyze and solve complex traffic issues.</li></ul>
