The Sales Enablement Lead (Lead) at Workiva plays a crucial role in empowering sellers to effectively engage and close deals with economic buyers in the offices of finance, accounting, and sustainability. This involves close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure the sales force is fully equipped with the knowledge and tools needed for impactful customer conversations. The Lead drives seller productivity through comprehensive onboarding, continuous training initiatives, and by making critical sales resources readily available.
