POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Sales Effectiveness strategically manages and implements Sales solutions that improve sales operations and efficiency. This role will ensure processes and systems support field sales selling processes and the Company’s sales strategy. The Senior Manager will work closely with business and IT stakeholders and/or outside vendor(s) to design, develop, test, train and implement solutions that meet the evolving needs of Sales. Other areas of responsibility include communication with cross-functional teams that utilize Sales technology solutions and management of overall adoption of these solutions.
