(On-site) Team: U.S. External Affairs Reports to: Senior Director, U.S. Government Relations About the RoleAlbemarle’s U.S. External Affairs organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Congressional Relations to lead the company’s direct engagement with the U.S. Congress. This role will be a key part of our U.S. External Affairs team, supporting the company’s policy goals and business priorities through strategic engagement with Capitol Hill. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience working on Capitol Hill, a strong bipartisan network, and the judgment, discretion, and communication skills needed to represent the company at the highest levels. This position requires a high degree of political acumen, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to advance policy initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
