Reporting to the CFO, you will work on-site with a highly-functioning organization defining the autonomy space outdoors.</span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own and scale the core People &amp; Culture function, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement</li><li>Hire and manage growing teams responsible for the team member experience throughout the team member lifecycle</li><li>Drive initiatives that define and enhance Burro’s company culture, employee experience, and internal communications</li><li>Lead People &amp; Culture reporting and metrics; define and track OKR’s and KPI’s related to headcount, engagement, retention, and diversity, equity, and inclusion </li><li>Manage all company HR systems and optimize  and maintain all people technology systems and tools.
