The role will be the main lead owning the Payroll, Bank and Petty cash processes across Asia, reporting to the Regional Financial Controller based in Singapore.             Why Aggreko?<ul><li>Competitive compensation package &amp; annual bonus program</li><li>Industry-leading benefit plans</li><li>Continuous training and development with career growth opportunities</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>What you’ll do: <ul><li>Oversee Asia Payroll Processing: Coordinate with People Services and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations across Asia.</li><li>Finance Ownership of Payroll: Review and approve payroll computations from vendors.</li><li>Facilitate On-Time Payments: Manage bank uploads to ensure timely employee disbursements.</li><li>Payroll Data Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll data and upload it to the ERP system.</li><li>Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Conduct monthly reconciliations of payroll and employee-related balance sheet accounts.</li><li>Manage Treasury Processes: Maintain bank mandates and update Trezone, including logging guarantee requests.</li><li>Petty Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile petty cash.</li><li>Monitor Cash Forecasting &amp; Bank Reconciliation: Oversee weekly cash forecasting and bank reconciliation processes.</li><li>Primary Wipro BPO Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for the Wipro BPO vendor regarding cash and bank matters.</li><li>Petty Cash &amp; Cash Advance Ownership: Manage petty cash and cash advance processes, ensuring valid spending and timely expense liquidation.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Education/Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent work experience, with a professional accounting/auditing qualification being a plus.</li><li>Relevant Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and treasury accounting.</li><li>Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, particularly in English.</li><li>Microsoft Office Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Adaptability: Show an ability to adapt to highly dynamic work environments.</li><li>Credibility &amp; Discretion: Exhibit a high level of credibility and capability in handling sensitive information.</li><li>Proactive Engagement: Be able to proactively communicate with and engage stakeholders.</li><li>Organizational Skills: Possess effective planning, organizational, and time management skills.</li><li>Quality &amp; Detail-Oriented: Be quality-oriented with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Deadline Management: Be capable of working effectively to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
