Your tasks <ul><li>Define, own, and evolve our QA and release management processes</li><li>Develop and maintain lightweight, scalable testing practices (manual &amp; automated)</li><li>Coordinate and lead testing efforts across cross-functional teams</li><li>Ensure quality gates are respected without blocking velocity</li><li>Own release planning and ensure smooth, predictable rollouts</li><li>Monitor production issues and improve our observability and response processes</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>3+ years of experience in QA, Release Management or similar roles</li><li>Experience in a SaaS or B2B environment</li><li>You are comfortable designing and running both manual and automated testing workflows</li><li>A  solid grasp of release orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and managing staged deployments</li><li>You prioritize structure, clarity and accuracy in everything you do - from planning to documenting processes</li><li>Experience working in cross-functional teams and enjoy collaborating with product and engineering</li><li>You have a proactive mindset &amp; spot risks early, suggest process improvements, and advocate for the user</li><li>Clear and effective communication, whether it’s raising an issue or writing a test plan</li><li>You are passionate about business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and climate tech in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision</li><li>You are excited to join our diverse and international team in Berlin or Munich</li></ul>Don't feel like you meet all the criteria?
