Join our team.What you’ll doThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for world-class maintenance management of Niron’s Minneapolis-based R&amp;D and Commercial Pilot facilities. These facilities develop and pilot production of Niron’s rare-earth free magnets. The Maintenance Manager will lead a group of engineers and technicians that are responsible for all facilities, processes, and analytical equipment, both existing and under procurement. This position will report to Niron’s Senior Manager of Facilities and will be based out of Niron’s Minneapolis, MN facility.
