We are currently recruiting for a Construction Manager to join us at our Panama City office. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical and construction oversight of several concurrent building projects within a larger program, throughout the contracting life cycle from solicitation through final acceptance of contractor’s work and contract closeout.Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for the overall project administration during the construction phase, including goal setting and policy development.</li><li>Encouraging and supporting a culture of safety on all projects.</li><li>Assuring work is executed in accordance with the contract as well as good engineering and construction practices.</li><li>Ensures project execution is aligned with design, budget, and schedule through effective management of subordinates.</li><li>Manages the project lifecycle from pre-construction planning to final project closeout, encompassing procurement, shop drawing coordination, and construction.</li><li>Leads complex projects within a program management framework.</li><li>Ensures seamless coordination across all project phases, from initial planning to final handover.</li><li>Accepting work based on specified criteria and testing results.</li></ul>
