<div> <h1 style="margin-top:8px;margin-bottom:8px;text-align:center;">Reports To</h1>CONSTRUCTION MANAGER <h1 style="margin-top:8px;margin-bottom:8px;text-align:center;">Role Summary</h1>To provide management and oversight for the Mechanical Scope of Works, including but limited to: <ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Coordinating employees, subcontractors, material and equipment,</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Ensuring that SOP’s and specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding with high quality.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Safety standards are maintained at all times.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Projects are being delivered on schedule and within budget. </li></ul>It is anticipated that this position would be responsible to manage Team Leaders and Teams from 2 to 10 people throughout the Mechanical Construction Process<h1 style="margin-top:8px;margin-bottom:8px;">Key Responsibilities</h1><ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Planning daily crew activities for individual tasks and personnel performance management</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Co-ordination within Team, Management and clients to ensure works are undertaken in a safe and an efficient manner, there is accurate reporting of completed tasks, and external partners are managed.</li></ul>Allocating personnel to crews to undertake the Mechanical Scope and associated activities<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Allocating correct tooling, plant, and equipment to work crews to ensure that each crew is resourced correctly. </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Ensuring that all Tools, Plant &amp; Equipment remain maintained and 90% of Plant and Equipment is always operational.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Monitor and assess work crew daily progress and action changes as required to ensure that the construction program is maintained.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Working both individually and with the management team to Problem solve constraints.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Always ensure safe work practises / follow all HSE recommendations</li></ul><h1 style="margin-top:8px;margin-bottom:8px;">Skills &amp; Competencies</h1><ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Previous Experience in construction / site management, preferable Renewable Energy Work.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">A Will Do Attitude.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Ability to Lead a high-performance team with aggressive project timelines and goals. </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Comprehensive understanding of Construction Processes required within the Piling Scope of works.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Strong Work Ethic and time management skills</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Strong People and Leadership skills and the ability to communicate with clarity to the Team.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Drivers Licence Required</li></ul><h1 style="margin-top:8px;margin-bottom:8px;">Working Environment</h1><ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Extensive airline and automobile travel required.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Requirement to be Physically fit and able to work in a field based environment.</li></ul> </div>
