Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Coordinate and administer all aspects of the contract management process</li><li>Evaluate and review requirements and contracts to prevent potential disputes and risks</li><li>Identify potential risks contract changes can pose to Freudenberg</li><li>Analyse contract clauses, obligations, and liabilities</li><li>Review and modify contracts, templates, and other documents according to Freudenberg standards</li><li>Work with corporate legal to develop standard language and guidelines for contracts</li><li>Recommend and draft contract provisions within the Team</li><li>Provide information and guidance in advising internal various functional departments</li><li>Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings and contract discussions</li><li>Support contract negotiations</li><li>Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Freudenberg groups and entities</li><li>Collaborate in the development of process instructions for the operational areas (best-practice solutions)</li><li>Support sales and corporate legal in projects and other operational tasks related to contracts</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business or other related field of study</li><li>Studies/ Certification or demonstrated experience in business or corporate law and legal requirements pertaining to relevant contracts</li><li>Paralegal certification or at least 5 years of legal experience in contracts management</li><li>Strong communication skills (correspondence / mail / international calls in English)</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel as aligned with role</li></ul>Communication &amp; Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders.
