Analyzes contract trends for potential impact on business unit goals and objectives</li><li>In consultation with legal team and lead contract managers, assists with drafting of and training on form agreements for use by other contract managers</li><li>Functions as domain expert on selected areas and issues (i.e., Federal contracts)</li><li>Focal point for all communication with law, finance, and business team disciplines for resolution of contract issues and disputes</li><li>May assist with integration of new business units and associated contract strategy.
