If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div><p>The Sr. Technical Training Specialist will report to the Technical Training Manager and is responsible for helping employees advance their technical, mechanical, and electrical skills and knowledge to prepare for success in maintaining the factory’s manufacturing equipment and facilities. </p><p>The role will be to locate and support our manufacturing facilities in Casa Grande, Arizona, with occasional travel. The Sr. Technical Training Specialist partners with cross-functional departments to assess technical training needs, develop technical training materials and curriculum, conduct Manufacturing Onboarding technical training, and maintain training facility equipment.</p><p>Duties include designing, implementing, operating, maintaining, and repairing technical training equipment, collaborating with stakeholders to determine training requirements, preparing reports, and coaching employees, leaders, and supervisors.</p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and deliver classroom and on-the-factory floor training.
