This role is onsite and is based in San Leandro.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Supervise and perform environmental field service projects.</li><li>Respond to site emergencies.</li><li>Provide leadership to the site Emergency.</li><li>Ability to oversee and participate in confined space entries.</li><li>Manage and participate in onsite soil remediation projects.</li><li>Oversee and participate in onsite UST/AST cleanings.</li><li>Conduct sample collection and monitoring.</li><li>Operate a commercial motor vehicle.</li><li>Assist Field Service Manager as requested.</li><li>Participate on emergency response teams.</li><li>Oversight of safety of field technicians and jobsite.</li><li>Manage profitability of the job assignments.</li><li>Oversee overall professionalism of crew and delivery of high-quality service.</li><li>Travel throughout the West Region in support of Field Service projects.</li><li>Additional responsibilities associated with the Emergency Response team operations.</li><li>Oversee and participate in decontamination of laboratories and manufacturing spaces in each of the sectors listed above.</li><li>Provide job scope details and pricing in support of sales team.</li><li>Oversee and participate in decontamination of biosafety cabinets.</li></ul>Basic Requirements: <ul><li>Travel throughout the West Region in support of Field Service projects.</li><li>Oversee and participate in decontamination of laboratories and manufacturing spaces in each of the sectors listed above.</li><li>Provide job scope details and pricing in support of sales team.</li><li>Oversee and participate in decontamination of biosafety cabinets.</li><li>Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.</li><li>Must have a reliable form of transportation. </li><li>Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC). </li><li>Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. </li><li>Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis. </li><li>Ability to work overtime on a regular basis. </li><li>Must be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday). </li><li>Some responsibilities as part of our Emergency Response team.</li><li>Must be able to report to designated office within 1 hour during Emergency Response rotating shifts. </li><li>The Field Services Supervisor frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste and is responsible for putting on and taking off personal protective equipment.
