Identify the top concern suppliers within the region or specific category. Conduct Supplier Performance Evaluations (SPE) for the identified suppliers.</li><li>Measuring comparison and counter measurement within the scope of initial sampling</li><li>Fast and efficient problem solving in management of complaint process (8D to Suppliers)</li><li>Supplier non-conformity resolution management (NCR) documentation and resolving</li><li>Supplier Process audits (linked to NCR) planning and execution</li><li>Input for supplier claim management process (cost details) to Factory SCM</li><li>Production part approval process (PPAP) on material from existing supplier)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering or comparable degree</li><li>Experience in production processes or quality activities in the field of Metal Fabrication, such as welding, painting, plating (as well as other experience in similar industries)</li><li>5 years + working experience in Supplier Quality Management</li><li>Experienced in quality and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. 8D, DMAIC, 5Why, A3, Poka-Yoke) and have practical hands-on technical problem-solving experience</li><li> Familiarity with ISO-9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and external auditor certification is an asset</li><li>SAP QM Module knowledge is an asset</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of an international team</li><li>Assertiveness &amp; ability to negotiate &amp; convince on management level</li><li>Structured, systematic way of working and good at collaboration</li><li>Fluent in Turkish and English</li></ul>More about us Hitachi Energy is a global technology leader with a combined heritage of almost 250 years, employing around 36,000 people in 90 countries.
