You will drive corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives with underperforming supplier.</li><li>You will implement real-time monitoring dashboards to track supplier quality metrics and escalate issues proactively, design and deliver training programs to enhance SQE technical skills.</li><li>You will foster a culture of continuous learning through workshops, cross-site knowledge-sharing, and mentorship, partner with regional SQ leads and global experts to standardize methodologies, share best practices, and resolve cross-border quality disputes.</li><li>You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background:<ul><li>You hold bachelor graduation or above in Electrical or mechanical engineering.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of work experience relating to quality management, knowledge of high voltage and quality assurance, process control are preferred.</li><li>Familiar with manufacturing process, e.g., Machining, Casting (Al &amp; Insulating part), Welding, sliver plating etc.</li><li>Proficiency in the use of SAP, 8D, 6 Sigma tools include statistical analysis (e.g., Minitab, MSA, SPC).</li><li>Well-developed analytical abilities, systematically problem-solving and quality improvement skill. </li><li>Good coordination and communication skills.
