In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for Gotion’s technical and non-technical roles, ensuring we have the right talent pipeline to support our rapid growth. As a Sourcer, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop strategic sourcing plans, and actively engage with both passive and active candidates. Help us build the teams that will drive the future of energy!What you’ll do<ul><li>Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry-specific platforms.</li><li>Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates for critical technical and corporate roles, ensuring a continuous flow of top talent.</li><li>Candidate Engagement: Engage and nurture relationships with passive candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining interest in Gotion for future opportunities.</li><li>Collaboration with Recruiters: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies tailored to different roles.</li><li>Market Research &amp; Intelligence: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and labor market conditions to improve sourcing strategies.</li><li>Diversity Sourcing: Develop and implement strategies to source candidates from diverse backgrounds, supporting Gotion’s diversity and inclusion goals.</li><li>Candidate Screening: Conduct initial outreach and screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with Gotion’s values and requirements.</li><li>Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key sourcing metrics such as pipeline growth, candidate response rates, and quality of hire, providing insights to optimize sourcing efforts.</li><li>Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by actively promoting Gotion’s mission, culture, and career opportunities in interactions with potential candidates.</li></ul>What you’ll bring<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably for technical, manufacturing, or corporate roles.</li><li>Strong expertise in sourcing through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.</li><li>Proven ability to build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.</li><li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (E.g. Greenhouse) and candidate relationship management tools.</li><li>Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.</li></ul>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $90,000 + 15% bonus + benefits + relocation. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, candidate and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
