You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks: Backoffice support <ul><li>Develop and review documentation under the supervision of senior technical experts. </li><li>Perform hands-on tests in a workshop environment of the documentation.</li><li>Control the status of open tickets, understand the situation and search if the solution is included in any document. Propose wording and first draft.</li><li>Review training documentation, correct typos and provide fresh feedback to fill gaps to improve it and complete it.</li><li>Modify an update any technical document.</li><li>Review and check rework documentation. Help to improve of summarize.</li><li>Update the knowledge base.</li></ul>Technical support <ul><li>Support remotely to onsite engineers guiding them to find the proper documentation.</li><li>Support remotely to onsite and remote engineers through the messaging platform to retrieve the required information and guide them through the debugging instructions of known issues.</li></ul> Your profile All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you.
