We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer - ELV (Extra Low Voltage) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will lead the  Detailed design of ELV, ICT, Security system &amp; AV system for Buildings and Metro.Duties:<ul><li>Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.</li><li>Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.</li><li>Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignements.</li><li>Identifies discrepancies in results.</li><li>Provides guidance to entry level engineers.</li><li>Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision.</li><li>Independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for engineering works. </li><li>Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional position.</li><li>Detailed design of ELV, ICT, Security system &amp; AV system for Buildings and Metro.</li><li>Preparation of project specification, outline specification in CSI format.</li><li>Schematics/system architecture and IFC drawing preparation.</li><li>Responsible for preparing Basis of design, Schematics design &amp; Concept Design reports.</li><li>Carrying out Value Engineering in design to ensure economic benefit for clients.</li><li>Coordination with Architects, ID &amp; other MEP disciplines for space planning, power &amp; cooling requirement.</li><li>Managing team of BIM modelers, AutoCAD drafting technicians &amp; Engineers for design &amp; submission.</li><li>Leading technical meeting &amp; workshop with client &amp; various stake holders for ELV/ICT.</li><li>Implementing requirements related to Smart system, Fire life safety system &amp; LEED for building design. To enable the facility Smart, secure &amp; energy efficient.</li><li>Responsible for ICT/Telecommunication infrastructure design for master plan development project.</li><li>Preparation of stimulation study for WI-FI heat map with Ekahau &amp; sound modelling with Ease software.</li><li>In-charge for conducting QA/QC peer review &amp; QA/QC audit for ELV/ICT system.</li><li>Attend and contribute at project and tender coordination, design and progress meetings.</li><li>Raise and manage any technical queries, issues, changes and defects associated with the ELV systems throughout the execution and handover of the project.</li><li>Managing sub consultants for design drawing submission.</li><li>Assess the resource deployment by ELV subcontractor against the planned work. Highlight any deficiencies in resource deployment (quality and quantity).</li></ul>
