Here is what you will do:Design and Implementation:<ul><li>Responsible for the electrical engineering secondary circuits for HV Substations</li><li>Provide mentorship for the other electrical engineers in our High Voltage/Power team</li><li>Working with Project Engineer and Project Manager on developing design schedules and budgets for electrical engineering work activities</li><li>Assist in the design and development of secondary systems for T&amp;D projects.</li><li>Support the implementation and commissioning of protective relay schemes, control systems, and communication networks.</li></ul>Documentation and Reporting:<ul><li>Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, schematics;</li><li>Generate basis of design documentation for protection and relay configurations</li><li>Generate reports on system performance, project progress, and testing outcomes.</li><li>Reviewing engineering work performed by peers</li><li>Supporting projects during construction, start-up, and commissioning</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Collaboration and Support:<ul><li>Work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.</li><li>Provide technical support during project execution and address any issues related to secondary systems.</li><li>Review and approve technical documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.</li></ul>Compliance and Standards:<ul><li>Ensure all designs and implementations comply with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.</li></ul>
