Benefits&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive&nbsp;pay&nbsp;($25+&nbsp;/ hour&nbsp;DOE)</li><li>Flexible work arrangements&nbsp;and hours</li><li>Professional development and training opportunities</li><li>Collaborative and innovative work culture</li><li>Hands on experience in a fast growing and exciting industry</li><li>Opportunity for&nbsp;potential&nbsp;future employment with Hubject</li></ul> Your Tasks <div><ul><li>Work&nbsp;closely&nbsp;with&nbsp;our Senior&nbsp;Business Development&nbsp;Manager&nbsp;to support&nbsp;business and&nbsp;growth&nbsp;and marketing presence&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;company&nbsp;within the North American market</li><li>Contribute to varying&nbsp;internal and external-facing&nbsp;projects as an integral part of our commercial team</li><li>Support&nbsp;cross-functional strategic initiatives&nbsp;(product,&nbsp;marketing,&nbsp;and/or business development)</li><li>Assist&nbsp;with preparation and implementation of strategic projects with a focus on digital business models in the fields relating to&nbsp;energy,&nbsp;eMobility&nbsp;and&nbsp;MaaS</li><li>Explore creative ways to&nbsp;improve&nbsp;marketing presence including&nbsp;but not limited to webinars, roadshows, and social media presence</li><li>Support&nbsp;the&nbsp;preparation of&nbsp;workshops, presentations, and meetings&nbsp;(with opportunities to&nbsp;participate&nbsp;in client-facing meetings)</li><li>Facilitate the physical company’s presence at industry focused events by organizing booth&nbsp;set up, attendance of team members,&nbsp;and social media posts before and after the event itself</li></ul></div> Your Profile <ul><li>Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s&nbsp;or master’s&nbsp;degree in a relevant&nbsp;engineering, business, or marketing&nbsp;field&nbsp;at an accredited&nbsp;university&nbsp;</li><li>Prior&nbsp;professional&nbsp;intern or full-time&nbsp;experience&nbsp;preferred (eMobility&nbsp;or software&nbsp;experience&nbsp;a plus!)</li><li>Interest in&nbsp;EV&nbsp;technology and associated software solutions</li><li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong&nbsp;communication&nbsp;and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build&nbsp;relationships with clients and internal teams</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment </li></ul> Start date Early February Location This is a hybrid&nbsp;role,&nbsp;so candidates would need to be&nbsp;located&nbsp;close to&nbsp;either&nbsp;Irvine, CA&nbsp;or Chicago, IL.
