Determine training and orientation needs for new department employees.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identifies, develops, implements and conducts initial and advanced training for operators responsible for the real-time operation of the interconnected electric system.</li><li>Coordinates and maintains training records for operations staff.</li><li>Administers progression testing and appraises the work of trainees.</li><li>Develops, implements and conducts detailed training related to Company Switching &amp; Tagging rules. Instructs operators on correct job writing standards.
