You have to BUILD fast &amp; passionately and build to simplify.Job DescriptionAll projects at Exponent are delivered by Cross Functional Teams - they are internally referred to as squads.  Each squad is given a target in terms of project deliverables - including cost, quality and timeline. The squad is led by what we call - Module Lead. The module lead’s job is to manage risk and ensure successful launch of the product to relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities<ul><li>Work with relevant functional leads to identify risks across domains - engineering, process, operations, service etc. </li><li>Prioritize and manage mitigation as well as resolution of each of these risks.</li><li>Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the team (Squad) </li><li>Take projects from proof of concept to production - until handover to sustenance. </li><li>Manage squad budgets ranging from R&amp;D, Homologation, Testing etc. </li></ul>The ideal candidate<ul><li>Strong engineering fundamentals.
