In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, ensuring compliance, and minimizing risks for our organization.This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement to include a combination of in-office and remote scheduling and can be based in, but not limited to: Arlington, VA; Germantown, MD; Greenville, SC; Glen Allen, VA ; Roanoke, VA.Job Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to:<ul><li>Lead the development, review, and negotiation of complex contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret contract terms and provide guidance on contractual obligations</li><li>Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risks</li><li>Monitor contract performance, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to mitigate risks</li><li>Manage a team of contract specialists, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality contract administration</li><li>Conduct regular contract audits and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and dispute resolution</li><li>Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>Coordinate with legal counsel on complex contractual matters and litigation support when necessary</li></ul>
