The goal of a Supplier Quality Representative at Wisk is to ensure that approved suppliers maintain a high performing and effective Quality Management System, meet all applicable Wisk contractual requirements, and deliver 100% conforming products and/or services on-time, every time. You will be part of the Enterprise Quality team that is committed to creating, implementing and developing a culture of continual improvement.This position is Remote in the US and will require travel as needed. What you will do:<ul><li>Plan, organize, and conduct initial and maintenance approval assessments of suppliers against Wisk requirements, and applicable aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Plan, organize, and conduct onsite audits of Wisk procured material, parts, and assemblies.</li><li>Develop and mature supplier quality processes and procedures.</li><li>Assess supplier capability and capacity to perform work and comply with Wisk specifications, engineering documents, and other contractual and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Conduct root cause and corrective action analysis and implement appropriate preventative action.</li><li>Provide education on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues, and company initiatives.</li><li>Conduct source inspections and conformity inspections (8130-9).</li><li>Identify risks and hold suppliers accountable for the mitigation of said risks.</li><li>Supports regulatory agency audits and conformity inspections (FAA). </li><li>This role will require frequent travel within the United States and foreign countries. </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, chemistry, physics or equivalent experience</li><li>5+ years of experience in Quality, Supplier Quality or Supplier Management</li><li>2+ years of experience in Aerospace industry </li><li>Working knowledge of the requirements of AS9100 and other aerospace industry standards</li><li>Ability and the technical skills to lead and perform conformity inspections </li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:In addition to offering a great work environment and the opportunity to be part of the team making electric autonomous flight a reality, at Wisk, we offer excellent total rewards which include a competitive base salary, annual bonus, long term incentive, 401K, health benefits and much more.  Job Type: Full-timePay range the company expects to pay: $108,000 - $127,000 per year - The starting base salary within this range for this role varies based on factors such as your geographical location, and your relevant job-related experience that is consistent with a business necessity.We are committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity, and we encourage  individuals from all backgrounds, including those from marginalized or underrepresented groups in the tech industry and aerospace, to apply for our job openings.
