We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Senior Facilities and Workplace Coordinator to manage our office in Fortitude Valley. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our workplace operations, ensuring a productive and comfortable environment for all employees.What will a day in this role look like:<ul><li>Manage the day-to-day workplace operations and facilities across our Brisbane office, including managing office services, office assets, and event coordination.  </li><li>Providing workplace and facilities support to our Gold Coast and Maroochydore offices, ensuring consistency across all locations.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, service suppliers and building management to ensure the timely delivery of maintenance, delivery of services and office upgrades.</li><li>Work closely with our landlord and other stakeholders on a variety of issues – demonstrating your ability to be organised and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Play an active part in our Health &amp; Safety policy, ensuring the workplace is neat and tidy and actioning any issues quickly.</li><li>Assisting with space planning, office reshuffles, and refurbishment while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.</li></ul>
