You will be the first sourcer on a recruiting team of three, reporting to the Recruiting and Operations Manager. You'll play a crucial role in building out our engineering teams by proactively sourcing candidates across various technical disciplines and creating a robust pipeline of qualified professionals. As an expert at building pipelines and mapping talent markets, you will contribute to our exceptionally high hiring standards and develop creative, effective strategies to engage with world-class technical talent.</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilites:</h3><ul><li>Build robust pipelines for software engineering, data science, machine learning, and optimization teams</li><li>Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche technical positions</li><li>Craft compelling outreach messages and conduct initial candidate screening conversations</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers and engineering leadership on role requirements and candidate profiles</li><li>Build scalable sourcing strategies and tools to support a high-growth environment</li><li>Track sourcing metrics and continuously optimize for quality and speed</li><li>Proactively source and engage passive technical candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and industry networks</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li><b>Prior startup experience</b> - understanding of the fast-paced, resource-constrained environment and ability to wear multiple hats</li><li>Prior experience sourcing for machine learning, AI research, and other top PhD-level technical roles (preferred)</li><li>Experience sourcing for early-stage to growth-stage companies</li><li>Strong understanding of engineering principles with ability to communicate technical requirements effectively</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments</li><li>Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms</li><li>Experience using an ATS (we use Lever) and keeping pipelines organized</li><li>Experience with diversity sourcing initiatives and building inclusive talent pipelines</li><li>Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience</li></ul><br><div>#LI-DNI</div><div><br></div><div>Join our team and make a difference!
